Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is located in the southwestern regions of Uganda, at the edge of the Albertine Rift Valley, where the mountain forests meet the lowlands. It occupies an area of 321 square kilometers, spanning 4 districts: Kabale, Kisoro, Kanungu, and Rukungiri.
