Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe

Your Day 1 of the 10 days Uganda Safari begins with arrival at Entebbe International Airport. Here you are warmly received by your guide to be during this adventure. He will provide you with a brief introduction to Uganda, and this adventure and then transfer you to your pre-booked accommodations in Entebbe, a peaceful lakeside city. You will relax, preparing for the adventure awaiting you. Entebbe City has a variety of attractions to offer visitors therefore depending on your arrival time, you may decide to check out some of them.

You may decide to go for a leisurely nature walk through Entebbe Botanical Gardens, visit the Uganda Wildlife Education Center home to different rescued wild animals, visit Entebbe Reptile Village, or cool off by the shores of the beautiful Lake Vitoria beaches. Your guide will always be there to show you all the beautiful places to explore in the city.

Day 2: Entebbe to Murchison Falls National Park (via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary)

You will en route for lunch at a local restaurant before proceeding with the journey. Depending on the arrival time, you may decide to relax and unwind, preparing for the following day’s adventures, or opt for an evening game drive and guided leisurely walks.

Day 3: Game Drive & Nile River Boat Cruise

Day 3 starts with an early game drive in Murchison Falls National Park. Morning and evening are the best times for game drives as animals are very active during this time making it very easy to spot them. Popular Murchison Falls animals spotted during the drives include home to elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, Warthogs, Hartebeests, Uganda kobs, oribis,  and different bird species.

After the game drives, which typically lasts about 3 to 4 hours, you will have lunch before embarking on another thrilling adventure, a Boat cruise on the Nile RiverThese will introduce you to the semiaquatic and aquatic life thriving in the Nile River.
