How to Book a Rwanda Gorilla Permit With Us

What You Need to Book a Rwanda Gorilla Permit
- Full nameexactly as shown in your passport
- Passport numberand nationality
- Date of birth.The minimum age is 15 on the trek date.
- Preferred trek date,plus a back-up date if possible
- Proof of citizenship or residence,if you’re claiming a reduced rate (see discounts)
Check your passport details carefully. A permit with a wrong name or passport number may not be accepted at Kinigi, and RDB permits can’t be transferred to another person.

Payment, Changes and Refunds
- Payment:permits must be paid in full to be secured. We accept bank transfer to the Maranatha Tours & Travel company account, or card payment. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account.
- Changes:a change of date depends on RDB’s rules and availability, and fees may apply.
- Refunds:Rwanda gorilla permits are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Insurance:we strongly recommend travel insurance with cancellation cover.
